Keyser Inn

Keyser Inn

8/10 Good
"My stay at the Keyser Inn was an overall very pleasant experience during my visit to West Virginia, and I would definitely stay there again. The accommodations and overall experience were good, and I appreciated the convenience and hospitality during my stay. The continental breakfast was generally satisfactory and provided a good start to the day. However, I do feel it could use some slight improvements, particularly with some of the typical breakfast items and variety. With a few minor enhancements, I think the breakfast could make an already good guest experience even better."

"We enjoyed our stay, the area is beautiful and the house is so cozy perfect for a few couples or a small family. The hot tub was relaxing and the fire pit with swings is a great place to roast marshmallows and watch the stars. The host was easy to communicate and responded kindly whenever we had a question or concern. Would reccomend to anyone."

1BR chalet w/ hot tub & serene views

1BR chalet w/ hot tub & serene views

8/10 Good
"The listing includes hot tub in the title of the property. The "fine print" states that the hot tub may not be properly maintained. I thought that if the hot tub was heavily advertised as it is in this listing, renters are expected to be able to make use of it without adverse health effects. I brought a test kit with me and found the chlorine to be 20ppm (5ppm is the max safe level) and the pH, which affects skin comfort to be very acidic. The property itself was excellent, with a fire ring, outdoor grill and a view and serenity unlike any other place I have stayed. Why not take the extra effort to hire a company that will properly maintain the hot tub so it isn't a danger to guests?"
